Here at Ferracin Landscapes we specialize in the installtion of artificial turf. We have many years of experience in both comercial and residential installs of synthetic grass. Now just like everything it has its pros and cons. Some of the most frequent asked questions/concerns is "Does it get hot" and the answer is yes it does, especially with Las Vegas Heat being very extreme at times during the summer. However evrything gets hot at 115 degrees. The difference between artificial grass and sod,rock,concrete,deck, ect.. is the cool down time . Artificial grass cools down almost instantly with shade. If heat on turf is one of your concerns we highly recommend a shaded spot where you plan on hanging out on your synthetic lawn

Another great benefit of installing Artificial grass, is the fact that you will be helping our city save water by having a water smart landscape. We have been experiencing a shortage of water at Lake made witch is our main source of water here in the valley. We firmly believe that one project at a time will make the difference. Artificial grass is also great for pet applications its a nice soft ground for them to walk on or lay in.
